- If you believe an unauthorized purchase has occurred, you should contact the third-party platform immediately.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal or business purposes, as intended and provided for within the App.

You agree that you will not:

- Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App;

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, or its systems;

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the App, including but not limited to its design, software, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by or licensed to the Company. You are granted no ownership rights in the App.

5.2. User-Generated Content

If you upload or share any content (such as documents or images) through the App, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to do so. You grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display such content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the App or In-App Purchases, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any damages, losses, or causes of action shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for using the App in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and its employees from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
